New Zealand has two bookkeeping designations – Certified Bookkeeper and Qualified Bookkeeper.
Certified Bookkeeper: This designation is for those looking to start a Bookkeeping business or those employed in an accounts role who want to advance their career.
Qualified Bookkeeper: Also for those who want to run a Bookkeeping Business. With this designation, you may progress to become an AAT Qualified Bookkeeper and a member of AAT.
You can enrol in a Certificate in Bookkeeping with The Career Academy and study remotely from home with unlimited tutor support via email and phone. Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate of achievement and a FREE 12-month membership to the New Zealand Qualified Bookkeepers Association.
