Are there any financial aid options or payment plans available?

Absolutely! We offer payment plans for $29 a week, and you can see these on all products on our site.

What is the application process for international students?

All International Students must be enrolled via one of our International Companies, such as TCA Australia.

How are the courses delivered, and what is the mode of study?

Our Courses are delivered 100% online via Totara - our online learning platform, and we have Tutors available to help you understand course material or assignments. You can see how online courses work here:

What is the refund policy if I decide to withdraw from a course?

You have an 10 day cooling off period to get a full refund. Just fill in the form on this page https://www.thecareeracademy.com/cancel/ and fill in the form

Can I transfer between courses if I change my mind?

Yes! Students have up to 30 days to swap courses from the date of their enrolment.
